Shipping

We ship across Canada via Canada Post and Purolator. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Vancouver. Transit time after ship-out depends on your destination and the carrier.

The Cannabis Act requires adult-signature confirmation on delivery of any CBD shipment. Please plan to be available, or have someone of legal age available, at the delivery address.

Rates below are in Canadian dollars. Transit estimates are the carrier's typical service standards — not guarantees.

• Standard (typically 5–8 business days in transit): $10 CAD, free on orders over $75 CAD
• Expedited (typically 2–4 business days in transit): $18 CAD
• Xpresspost (typically 1–2 business days in transit): $28 CAD

We ship to every Canadian province and territory. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Order tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status in your account.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a product seal has been broken we cannot resell it, so opened items are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right — please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
